Wie installiere ich ein FixMyKite.com Selbstklebeventil?

  1. Entfernen des alten Ventils:

In den meisten Fällen kann das Ventil das alte Ventil leicht abgezogen werden.

* Pro Tipp – verwende einen Föhn, um das Ventil zu erhitzen. Dies erleichtert das Entfernen des Ventils.

Wenn das nicht möglich ist, schneidest Du sorgfältig entlang des Randes des Ventils ein Loch um es zu entfernen. Falls das Loch das zurückbleibt größer ist als der Patch des Selbstklebenden Ventils,empfehlen wir das Bladder Patch Install Kit 15,24 x 15,24 cm (6×6 Zoll), das wir ebenfalls anbieten.

  1. Reinigung: wische mit dem mitgelieferten Alkoholtupfer den Bereich um die Reparaturstelle ab, in dem das Ventil platziert wird, und warte, bis die Oberfläche wieder vollständig trocknen ist.
  2. Ablösen und aufklebenLege den Bladder flach aus. Wenn möglich, lege den Bladder auf einem Tisch oder einer anderen glatten und staubfreien Oberfläche aus, & fixiere den Bladder mit Büchern, ohne den Bladder dabei mit scharfen Kanten zu verletzen. Ziehe nun die Schutzfolie des Tearaid Patches ab, zentriere das Ventil über dem Loch und setze das Ventil auf die Blase.
  1.  Aufdrücken:
Drücke das selbstklebende Patchmaterial vom Ventil nach außen auf den Bladder, um Luftblasen zu entfernen, eine gute Haftung sicherzustellen, & und Falten zu vermeiden.
* Pro Tipp - Nach dem aufkleben des Fixmykite Selbstklebe Ventils erwärme den Patch kurz mit einen Fön um den Kleber zu erwärmen. Streiche nun mit den Fingern erneut über das Patchmaterial vom Ventil nach außen, um eine gute Haftung zu erzielen. Achte darauf, den Bladder & das neue Ventil nicht zu überhitzen.
Installiere den Bladder wieder im Kite, und du kannst schon wieder zurück aufs Wasse und Kitesurfen!

How to install a fixmykite.com self stick valve?

 

  1. Valve Removal:If replacing valve, carefully peel off old valve. If old valve does not peel off, cut around circumference of valve to remove
  2. Cleaning:
    Wipe area where valve will be placed with provided alcohol swab. And wait until it is completely dry.
  3. Peel and Stick:
    Lay bladder out flat. Use heavy books to fixate the bladder on table or other smooth even surface. Peel off paper backing, center valve over hole, and place valve on bladder.
  4. Press: Press valve from center outward to remove air bubbles and ensure proper adhesion and creases.
  5. *Pro Tip- Use a hair dryer to heat the valve. This makes it easier to remove the valve. After placement of the Fixmykite self stick valve use the hair dryer again to warm the adhesive. Press the valve from the center out massaging and stretching creating positive adhesion. Be careful not to overheat the bladder or new valve.
